Fandoms/Relationships

DCU (Comics)

• Thank you for changing the fandom! Unfortunately I goofed while approving tags yesterday, so heads up that after we accept your noms I will be moving them to "DC Comics"
• Also, though, we can't accept your wonderful noms until you disambiguate your characters/relationships for the comics universe you want.

Marvel (Comics)

• We are not accepting this fandom! Please nominate under a specific comics universe or title, for example Marvel 616.

Dragon Age - All Media Types

• We're asking people to nominate under Dragon Age (Video Games) but I wanted to make sure there wasn't some particular reason you wanted AMT…?

Stranger Things (TV 2016)

• Steve Harrington & The Party — I'm content to accept this as Steve Harrington & Any Member of The Party (Stranger Things), but I wanted to check with you on two things: first, "The Party" is somewhat ambiguous (like, is Max a member?) and second I think you might want Steve and all members of The Party, in which case you'd want to list all the characters in The Party, which actually should fit in the AO3 100-character limit unless you want the boys and Max and Eleven, I think.

• what do you mean "just" friends? — Nominator, could we clarify and rephrase? We're honestly not sure what you mean at all. But we're supportive!
• Pre-Relationship & Pre-Femslash — After a good deal of discussion we've decided that pre-ship tags are not appropriate for our exchange. Although one could definitely write gen fic about characters one thinks will end up in a ship eventually (and in fact, I expect a non-zero amount of fic written for this exchange will fit that description) matching on tags like this isn't in the spirit of the exchange. Participants are of course free to mention that they ship two or more characters they're requesting in their optional details, and creators are free to tag their works however they want. We will wait as long as possible to reject in hopes that the nominator(s) can get the slots back.
• Childhood Sweethearts — Nominator, we want to adjust this tag somehow so it's more obviously platonic, because we feel a fic about two characters being current childhood sweethearts would probably not be gen as it'd focus on a romance, albeit a very young one.
