LXC made mistakes but he's human and his folly was loving JGY too much (I really don't care if you read that relationship as romantic or platonic.)

I find the idea of these characters post-canon very interesting. LXC has his grief for JGY but his grief for NMJ is also renewed. NHS has gotten his revenge but his brother is still dead. They've known each other for many years but their relationship is now filled with grief, betrayal and helplessness.

I enjoy the idea of this complicated relationship in any form.

One of the things I find interesting about this relationship is how obvious it is that WWX respects LXC. LXC has had his view of WWX change post canon but even during canon he's not sure how he feels about his brothers attachment to WWX.

JGY would never put up with a woman who was incompetent. She was a Sect Leader's wife for many years and from all accounts she did that job well. Her only fault was the same as LXC's she was blinded by her affection for him.

Her lack of agency in the series is a crime. Her mother telling JGY but not Qin Su about her parentage is insulting. Let's not even get into what JGY did here. I'd really like for her to save herself somehow, assistance is fine. But I want her to have some control and find peace.

Okay, so I am obsessed with two things in this canon which generally don't get a lot of airtime:

- Missouri Moseley as a character, and anything to do with her relationship to, well, anyone else, but especially her granddaughter Patience. I just feel like they would have so much to talk about and deal with given their history.

- Azazel's Special Children, Azazel in general, and his relationship with Mary if you want to go there. Basically I just love Special Children fics. I love Azazel in this canon and across other canons.

- I also really love Pamela Barnes and would like to see more fic with her dealing with her circumstances somehow. She's very good at it, I just want to see more of it. :)

- When it comes to Sam and Dean I love stories of them experiencing food security, even if briefly. I love stories of Dean with powers. (Telepathy? Mind magic? Something he can't write off as "not the whammy"?)

In general one of my favorite tropes is to give somebody powers or augment the powers they already had in order to change them for an AU.

So Sarah Borden & Alfred Borden eventually date and marry and it becomes a complete clusterfuck. What always intrigues me about many canons are the minor characters, and I feel this way about Sarah and Julia in a major way. Canon divergence would probably need to be brought into this somehow but what really intrigues me are the psychologies of Julia, Sarah, Jess Borden, Cutter, and Fallon. Basically, I'd just love a fic focusing on the minor character(s) and how to navigate the minefield that has been laid out by the main characters here.

Alternatively, does any outside POV character ever try to assist the minor characters caught in this situation? (This is definitely not the only thing I would want, it's just parallel to these tags I found!)
